Review stream article votes - are they real?

Ok i write for review stream. I only started recently so i've not got a lot there yet. I did get a few articles accepted at the going rate of $2.50 not just the bulk rate of $0.50 though! However every time i got to the site i read thier boast 'every vote pays $0.10" however two of my articles have a vote but i've not got paid anything for the vote. has anyone got paid for a vote on their account yet, does this work. Thanks for the comments in advance.
