The LOTR Trilogy is an epic movie by Peter Jackson and is one of my favorite ever. What I really liked about the movie is how they are trying to show man's weakness as well as his strength. Viewers can then look into themselves about the idea that the movie is trying to give us.. A strong speeches by Aragorn in their last attempt to divert the attention of Sauron's eye and draw the orcs outside to give Frodo and Sam the opportunity to destroy the ring. What scene of the movie do you like?

I love the Lord of the Rings because I'm a major fan of high fantasy. There aren't that many movies or TV shows in this genre. The Lord of the Rings really raised the bar on high fantasy by making eye-popping, spell-binding, and exciting movies. The trilogy is one of my favorites of all time, and I watch them back-to-back whenever I have a spare day! My favorite scenes are all in Return of the King. I like the scene where Sam starts to carry Frodo, when Aragorn and Arwen are reunited, and I love it when Eowyn stabs the Witch King in the face!

i agree with you, especially when she took her helmet off.. the witch/rider assures all that no man could kill him.. and its a good thing, she's no man.. the speeches in the Return of the King are very moving.. specifically when Sam carries Frodo " i cannot carry it for you, but i can carry you".. wow, what a friend..

And right after he says it the music swells perfectly! It's a very moving moment. And I agree, the speeches are all great. They were written beautifully and the music goes perfectly with it... all the elements just fall into place! I can watch Lord of the Rings over and over again and still be in complete and utter awe.

There were a lot of scenes that I liked in that movie. To name a few: -When the Ents decided to join the war even if it was not their war but man's war. I love the way the Ents fought. Moving trees are so cool. -When the Elves came to the rescue and helped in the war when everyone were discouraged that they were outnumbered -When it was learned that Gandalf was alive. -When Frodo and Sam succeeded in destroying the ring. ...and many more... I guess I should watch that trilogy again. It's the best ever. Nine hours! woah!!

The movies were so well made I'd have a hard time choosing. I'd have to guess helms deep. That was an epic battle.

Great movies indeed! I love a lot of the scenes but the end of the last one is just wonderful (with the village and all), so I would say that's the best one.

When they go into the mines of Moria, that whole hour or so is what I enjoyed most. It was there first real time working together and learning how to be on the same side for the greater good.

I am a big fan of powerful speeches. I am a fan of Sci-Fi and fantasy because it makes the audience think. To look into ourselves or to our futures and what it means to be human.

There were so many great scenes in all three of these movies that not one can stand out as the best in my mind. I adored the Ents and every scene that contained them I watched avidly. This was both a well written story and a insanely well done movie.
