Is it real that chocolate neutralizes alcohol inside our body?

My friend brother has a friend doctor after we drink in their house..I notice that he is eating chocolate,so I ask him why,and he told me that his friend doctor advice him that chocolate neutralizes alcohol level inside our body..what do you think?

I have nothing to say because I am not a doctor but it was being advice by a doctor so we have to believe in him.
