Do you frequently used your electric fan due to hot weather condition?

I really used our electric fan frequently,due to the hot weather,yet it does not help the situation,because the humidity of the surrounding makes the air around very hot and crispy humid to our skin.It causes the surrounding more hot,as an oven.For some other reasons,it is more relieving to put on the electric fan,because as the hot air is driven outside the place ,a colder air is felt later,which really help alleviate the perspiration in our clothing to evaporate in the atmosphere. At least we are refreshed by the change of transferring the humid air into the colder air.To the affluent ones,with air conditioning units,are not minding to the weather condition,because they just put on their units,and enjoy the coldness of their room. As to the masses,who can not afford an air conditioning unit,has the electric fan,with the precaution of not over using it,because it can make their electric bills more payments made,because of frequent use,and so is the longivity of the usefulness of the unit,it can be stock-up and never be useful anymore,it is out of order.Try to use your electric fan with care,so it will not malfunction.
