whaaat???? why the sudden rain???

when you get frying heat each day, rain would be a welcome relief.
but today, everyone was shocked and panicky because of the rain. suddenly, it became dark and cloudy and torrential rain poured forth. everyone was taken aback, which i assume include those in the weather bureau.
my goodness! we were so lackadaisical about things and now the rain. we had to clear drainages, cover the sandbox, and move around stuff so that they would not get wet with the leaking ceiling. these leaks are really pesky, you would not know you have them until the rains come.
so anyway, the rain has stopped. the temperature has cooled a bit. but it is really humid. thank God for my trusty electric fan. now i am posting. cool.
did you also have rain today?

It rained moderately the day before which proved to be a refreshing change from the constant heat of the days prior. I wish it was a typhoon though but I lost since like you said most people hate to rain.

Hello spoiled311,
It's started to rain here two to three days ago. luckily i always bring my umbrella, whether it is hot or cold. the good part of this rain is that i don't have to water the plants, the bad part is that you have to wait longer hours to dry your clothers. but few days ago, it's just became hotter when ever the rain is short

Hi, spoiled311. I did not have any rain today. But it did rain on Monday really bad. And what made it so bad, I had to go out to an appointment that day, plus I had to do some grocery shopping too. It was so messy outside.
I ma glad that it rained, it cooled down the temperature. We did not have rain in a while from now.. I am glad that the rain has stopped. I love to see the rain when the sun comes out. It is so beautiful then. That is how it was on Monday here.

Yes. It rained here and everyone was confused and panicking. Why did it rain? That is just pure blasphemy! It poured forth on thou clothes and all and everyone was wet including thee.
