Hi friends
I am shifting for my new position soon. I wanted to clarify some points in my job contract which are as follows:
Car Scheme
24 hour Personal Accident Cover
Medical Scheme
Pension Scheme
The benefits above are inclusive in my job contract. Is this sum granted in the monthly salary or it is an intangible benefit only?
Thanks

This is not always fixed and depends employer to emplyer and I would suggest you to clarify all this with your would be employer. Sometimes these are included in your CTC and deducted or included in every month's salary but as I said it depends on the contract notes.

i suppose these are your intangible benefits. but it would clarify some loopholes if you directly speak with your HR.
what i understand about medical insurance/scheme, car scheme and other benefits is that you cannot convert these into cash. so you can either use the or not. if you use the, the equivlent of what will be spent on will go the these different sects. however, if you do not use the, the company is not obliged to pay you anything.
by the way, please do not forget to clarify some points on vacation and sick leaves, off-site responsibilities, etc.
