People being Happy

Do you try to make other people happy at your own expense? Sometimes this can have really bad side affects. I have many times put my self in the hole helping out a friend. How about you? I love helping my friends and I am there no matter what and sometimes that gets me in trouble.

Friends can get us in trouble that's why i don't get myself too involved in their businesses. When a friend asks me a favor i make sure it doesn't involve me getting wrapped up in a huge mess. I don't help people that often either. I only do when they ask and if it's not too risky for me.

That is probably a good way to be, I'm the opposite. I don't try to get into their business but if they ask I do. There was one friend who is actually my husbands cousin (we have been friends since we were kids), who I actually told not to involve me in her mess anymore because I didn't have the time and didn't really care that much....lol maybe I should do that more
