What difficulties the relocation might cause?

Nowadays many companies in our country are considering relocation to larger premises outside the city center. According to this happening, i have some questions:
what advantages there could be in the relocation? As well as this, what difficulties the relocation might cause?
I am eager to know your thought.^_^

there are many factors that affect relocation one of its advantages is money when you get relocated to another place but the same company it would be a very great advantage for your fortune they would increase your wage and you would meet more people that are interested in you.. hehe the biggest disadvantage there is that you would also be far away with your family and that would make you a very lonely person..

It depends where the company will relocate. If it's nearer to your house than the previous location then it's great. Considering the difficulties, it depends also. If the new location requires you to go through heavy traffic then you have to leave early. It all depends on the new location.
