Newbie to Shutterstock: are you a member there? Help!

I just signed up to Shutterstock today and I've pretty much waisted my whole day trying to figure out their uploading methods. Are you a member there? I need help with figuring out how to make my photos to 4.0 megapixels in order to upload them there. Also to enhance a picture on paintshop pro how do I make something stand out using a black and white photo, take for instance I have a black and white picture and only one object is colored, how do I do that using this program?
I appreciate any suggestions that will help

I am traveling on same boat.
My cam takes picture bigger then 4Megapixels.
I tried to decrease the size of picture and hence got the picture rejected at shutterstock.
Where any of your pic accepted?
