Simon Cowell retired from American Idol

The most hated judge of the American Idol had said his goodbye on the show. Is it good for the show or Bad? Simon maybe the most unpleasing judge of American Idol, but he is in fact the most effective judge for me.

Well, this certainly is a surprise. I think, in my opinion when Simon gets nasty there usually is more views. Not always the case though, as great talent does play a part.
Besides he is rather busy on being a judge at 'Britain's Got Talent' right now.
