What's your favorite exercise?

I love working out my thighs and tummy, since i don't have abs i really need to work my flabby tummy. What about you?

Hello rhinarea, I like swimming i think is one of the most healthy exercise and by the way about abs, if you want a look able abs you need to burn body fat % When the body have normal or high fat % the fat "hide" the muscles All the models have very low fat % and cause of that you can see their abs, So before doing a lot of sit ups i would advice you to start running it is healthy and burn fat that ain't good for use at the 2000 era. And by the way this days there are a lot of studies that show that if you are working on your abs you need to work on your back to.. So keep going exercising and enjoy the life :)

I love aerobics, roller skating and cycling. However, I had stopped all forms of exercising for 15 years or more. The only exercising I do now is walking and housework. sob sob

is it favorite exercise or favorite part of the muscle or body you want to workout? anyway, my favorite exercise is weight training and favorite muscle to train is my shoulder, abs, chest and legs...we also need a good well planned diet to stay in shape all the time..

I love jogging and other cardio exercises. It really feels good after about an hour of running especially in the morning. This will really wake me up.
