Today it was raining so heavily & I can't help but remember the past when my little brother jumps from the window because of me. I was 8,my brother is 5.Our old house is 6 stairs away from the ground. We were playing in the living room when suddenly I told him - he can be a hero! he can be superman! my brother happily agreed & we both decided it's time to show it.I helped him climb the window using a chair then up he goes jumping shouting "superman"! He fell down in the garden, drench with water.I went down fast but then he is already on his way up,smiling proudly!.Thank God,no bruises,no broken bones, just water & dirt all over him.We were never scolded as grandma came to our defense.I am just so thankful nothing happened to my brother and sometimes whenever were together & thought of that, even our relatives who knows about it,can't help but laugh so hard...remembering those two crazy kids playing heroes one fine rainy day!

Six stairs or stories? Wow, that was very brave of him to jump from the window and down the ground, glad he had no broken bones or bruises, just very muddy.

Thank God nothing happened to your brother dear, or else you would have not forgiven yourself ever in life. My heart was beating fast as I was reading and it relaxed when I read that he was coming up smiling.......
. Mistakes are painful, but they are even more painful if done innocently.
I know when we are children we are very innocent. I was too. I jumped into pit of fire just because I liked the color of read ashes...lol. Thank God today I am walking on my legs...May God bless all innocent children and always protect them....

Kids will be kids! You guys were just using your imagination and luckily he did not get hurt. When I was younger my brother and I were jumping on my top bunk and it came crashing down with us on it on my newborn baby brother. My mother rushed him to the hospital. He did not have not a scratch on him. As kids we do not realize what we are doing sometimes and luckily in both our cases everything turned out okay.

Lucky your brother that nothing happened to him even if it is
from six stairs. Sometimes when we are playing we do not know
what's going on next. Anyway that is a part of childhood
activities but it is really sad if he got bruises. Thanks that
in spite of the higher jumped he made he is safe w/ it

Accidents always happen and luckily he wasn't hurt. That reminded me of when I was a kid. My mom would drop me off at my granny's house so she could babysit me while my mom was at work during the day. My cousin lived right beside her and I would go over there and we would play games and kids games. His dad was an active dart player and was a very tall man so when us kids played with his dart board, we would have to stand up on a chair to get our aim right. My cousin and I were playing darts one afternoon and he was standing underneith the dartboard when I threw my dart and the dart bounced off the board and landed straight into the top of his head! All of the sudden I heard him go silent and I felt so bad! I pulled the dart out of his head, ran upstairs and grabbed bandaides. I sure got in trouble from my aunt when she seen what was happening.
Take care

OMG I can't believe you made your brother do that. He could have got so hurt. Well, you were children and I think some adult should have watch out after you both more closely. Well what do you do now? of course laugh it off. Hope you all don't do the same for your kids.

its so good to hear the love and concern for your brother. But if he continues to do like that then he would break his bone or something so tell him not to do that otherwise he would break his bone or something. So tell him to be safe.
take care
