On April 30, a month ago, there is an incident around my neighborhood, an off - duty cop has confrontation with civilians at night time. The story about an off - duty cop flash his baggage to scare a bunch of youngsters who trying to cross the street, and that officer has to hit the brake to avoid them. Then the officer exchange some unkind words with these youngsters over the road, causing a big scene at the moment. Afterward, the officer spray some hot sauce on a girl's eyes, and he about the back up his truck, his truck accidentally dragged that girl a few feet. Although an accident report filed after, that off - duty officer wasn't charged any wrongdoing. But the whole scene was recorded by a bystanders on his cell phone. I just wonder such misconduct should tolerated by the police force? Or they should do something about it. Luckily, with the advance of technology, we, as public with help of social network, and video recording device, we should let our public to know about what is going on out there.
