This is one of those videos where you can't help but cry. However, mine were tears of happiness for this precious child & knowing how I would feel if it was my baby!!! The look on his face is PRICELESS...How could you help but cry???

OUCH!!! It's been 12 years since I had dial-up & I still remember how bad I HATED it!!! n I'm on cable broadband now & it downloaded really fast. All I can tell you is that he had the sweetest little smile & the look of love in his eyes & he cooed back to her. I believe it is EVERY Mother's dream to have their child respond to them the way this baby did!!! Suggestion...go to it just before you cook dinner & maybe by the time you finish eating, you will be able to watch it!!! I've watched it over & over & just can't help but tear up EVERY time!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this video! It brightened up my day and my day wasn't that bad to begin with! I'd be crying my eyes out if I were that mother, tears of joy, of course. Imagine, a whole new world just opened up for that baby! That smile was absolutely precious!!! I had a neighbor awhile back, a boy who was about 8 years old. Everyone thought he was mentally challenged because he never talked, never seemed to want to interact with other kids. His mother (whom I could have slapped... HARD) FINALLY had his hearing checked, probably on the advice of his pediatrician... she was the kind who spit out one baby after another to increase that welfare check she lived on but left the kids to fend for themselves. (I once had to tell the 6-year-old to take the 2-year-old home and tell their mother to change that baby's diaper... it was almost dragging on the ground from being so saturated! ) The cochlear implants weren't around then but he got hearing aids and his entire personality changed. He smiled, he laughed, he interacted! He was actually quite intelligent; all he needed was someone who cared enough to have him checked.

I don't usually watch videos but this one was worth it. I love the look on his face! It's so wonderful what modern medicine can do. That mom must be over the moon with joy.

His little face was PRICELESS!!! I almost didn't watch it as I was thinking he was going to cry from hearing a noise for the first time. Then I had second thoughts knowing that the person that sent it to me knows I like the happy stuff. I cried as he spit out his pacifier & looked at her so adoringly & then the HUGE smile came over his face. You know that she received a late Mother's Day present with this one!!!
