This is really bad because children are always mother's first choice so maybe your mother wants to see for herself now instead for you too, you have to talk to her and get everything out of her which might lead you to her decision she has taken.

No I haven't. I'm sorry. My parents argued a lot and my dad wanted my mom to choose him over us kids and she refused. I honestly don't see how a woman could choose anything over her kids. I hope things work out...

All I can say is that as a mother myself I could not imagine choosing anyone over my kids.... you must be so upset with this, I mean you cannot ever replace your mother, or ever stop loving her, is there anyway that you could talk to her, explain how hurt you feel? I think it is really sad that this has happened to you. This has never happened to me, but I am in a relationship with someone who has kids, and as far as I am concerned his kids will always come first to him, I will not do anything that will replace their own mother or take them away from him, that is not in my nature. I also have a child from a previous relationship and he gets on with my son well, which is also good... is there anything you can do to get on with your mums fiance?
