Hi, i'm in need of a serious recommendation for a good read. I've been searching online for nice books to buy but i don't want to waste my time and money if it turns out to be a boring book. Maybe any mylotters knows of any great books i can buy online and where i could get it. Thanks in advance!

can you go to your local library? that is a cheap and easy way to get a book and if you dont like it, you can just return it!

I'd love to go to the library but the nearest from my place is about 1 1/2hrs away. That's why i much preferred to order online as it arrives right in front of my doorstep. Thanks for your suggestion though..

Oh, I know how that is! I have to drive that far to get to a books store. And then when I get there, they are like twice as much as they are online. :'(

If you don't want to waste time and money, why don't you just check out books from the library? That's totally free and you can always give up and give it back sooner than the due date if you don't like it. Just a suggestion. But if you don't have a library nearby or some other conflict that keeps you from getting to the library then here's some of my book recommends. Personally I'm a big fan of high fantasy and some of the great books I've read in that genre are The Last Unicorn, The Cry of the Icemark, the Dragon Keeper Chronicles, the Circle Trilogy, and the Legend of the Guardian-King series. If you enjoy a different genre, then I probably can't help you because High Fantasy is pretty much all I read.

A good place to look for book suggestions is book review blogs! They are full of tons and tons of great information about books, and some even link straight to where you can buy the book if it interests you. Here is the link to mine: http://seaofpages.blogspot.com. It also links to some other great book blogs, if you get into it. =) And here are some other suggestions, just to toss in here. Gemma Doyle Trilogy - Libba Bray Graceling - Kristin Cashore Fire - Kristin Cashore Poioned Honey - Beatrice Gormley I hope you find what you're looking for! All the best, Arya
