These are my latest love. OOOOh I can't get enough black beans. Todays dinner was a black bean paste (made from black beans and oats pureed in the processor). Add salsa and sour cream and roll up in a whole wheat tortilla. I am in love with this dinner. What are some of your favorite black bean recipes. I want to try many more. This week I will be making a black bean brownies recipe.
