Social Network - How to spread a message across to the entire world?

I am participating in a contest. 50% of the points we get are based on the number of visits/clicks made to my contest page. How can I spread my link across in the internet? I have already posted my link in Orkut & Facebook, and also in my blog. But, not more than 30-50 visits are made since 1 week. How do I spread my link across the internet legally :) Thanks in advance.
