The Two year Old baby that Smokes 40 Cigaretts a day

In my whole life i have never seen this before and i turns my stomach a 2 yr old baby boy smoking cigaretts. and he started this when he was 18 months old. THIS IS REALLY SICKENING AND SAD. i get the fact of people smoking when they are pregnant but that is a grown ups choice and grown ups know right from wrong but a 2 yr old smoking! HOW COULD THAT HAVE HAPPENED

I think someone else have already posted this same topic. I was able to reply with it over a week ago. You definitely have to search first before you post something, friend. 
As far as I know, I think the government should not do anything about it. It's the family's decision to allow their kid to do that. Instead of worrying about that kid, the government should just pay attention to the more important problems of the economy.
But if I were the mother of the parents, I'd probably take that baby out of their environment, and start disciplining him. It's not yet too late, but I doubt that the nicotine hasn't started destroying the lungs of that poor child. The parents should be lashed and punished for their neglect and influence!
