Do Video Games really cause bad behaviour in children?

Throughout the Media we here allegations that youthful indiscretions and a rising rate of youth crimes is to be blamed on such things as the Video game. Could there be any factual support behind that concept or is it merely a modern myth? Do you and your children play Video games? Do you feel your family's behavior is worse , similar or better then others in your circumstances.
