Quicktate - is the website down?

Guys, I tried logging on to quicktate and was able to hear an audio file. After hitting on SUBMIT, the page locked up so had to refresh. After refreshing, cannot connect anymore to Quicktate!! Has anyone had the same problems? Has anyone reported anything yet? I am not receiving any email and the pidgin bot is giving me an update that there are audio files waiting. What gives??
