I just started on traffic exchanges and I was wondering if it really works? Has anyone had any success with them?

Traffic exchanges do work, but only if you are looking for referrals for a free offer. If you are trying to sell something you won't be getting much response from these exchanges. But if you want to build a list, you can offer something free and probably pick up some email addresses. I am not into listbuilding so I mostly promote free offers and have gotten a few sign ups this way.

Yes, traffic exchanges work. However, they don't work as hard as the exchanges would like you to think. You need a well placed splash page, a lot of patience, and low expectations. You may get one signup for every 1000 credits you earn if your splash page is interesting and offering a product/service that others are interested in.
