Can U manke money out of pets in Tagged?

Hi, I have ben using tagged and peopel buy and sell pets.. I have also seen a lot of profiles thanking people for buying them as pets.. But i wonder is it possible to make money out of pets as U can get tagged money by using Paypal.. Jus checking will it work the other way around.. tagged money converting to REAL dollars in Paypal. please advise if it is possible.
