If paypal not available in my country, is there any other way.......

If you have to cashout here,only paypal.No other alternatives are there.Try sending a support ticket.Maybe admin can do something.

If PayPal is not available in your country, you will not be able to collect earnings from any site which only pays by PayPal. If you continue as a member of MyLot (that is, log in to your MyLot account at least once every 90 days), then your earnings will be held (and accumulated) until such time as the US Government or whatever will allow MyLot to use PayPal to pay you.

are you referring to which earnings? here? if you refer here, then you are required to have paypal account.
