after working 4 mounths in a company i realy want to go and resign,but i dont get the allow form the leader of my department ,and then i have no enough time to wait ,you see i get a new job the HR had requir i had to entry their company before the next week,so how can i deal with it .

A job is not very easy to find nowadays, so if you think you can get a better job very quickly if you are in need then you may tell the department concerned three months before for them to look for someone else. Now that you say you have to join a new work next week so tell the HR directly that you just have to go.

We have the same problem. I am working right now but hired by a different company. I'm now on training and I don't know how to quit my present job. I have posted my problem on my present work here in mylot. If your not happy or satisfied with the company you are working, why not resign. If you have enough leave, why not use them. Why does your company wont let you leave? You need to test the water first before leaving. As you say, you only work for 4 months in the company. Is it possible that after quitting the job, after 4 months again, you will look for another job because you might not be satisfied with your new job. Think it twice.

thank u so much.actually i had talk with my leader many times about i want to go,and i let her konw the reason of leaving,i get a good job ,and hope her can allow me .maybe it is my lucky she allow me to leave.i had and have consider what you told me ,and i will try my best to do that work and dont give up so easily.
