I used to weigh 120 lbs. That was 4 years ago. I got pregnant, have myself undergo a ceasarian section and eventually gain weight. I now weigh 160lbs and i want to loose weight now before I gain more. I want to know the best and effective diet methods that you can recommend. I don't expect to loose weight in 3 weeks or just a month, I want to be healthy again and enjoy a light and slim body. I need your help!

Sweetie, there are a few healthy options. Start cycling, just for the fun of it. You have no idea how much weight you can loose doing that. Or just go to a gym. Going on a diet, i don't believe in. Exercise and healthy food is the best to go. Good Luck. TATA.

The problem is, I don't have time to go to the gym. I work at night and take care fo my kid during daytime. Right now, cuttingmore on my food intake is the only option and additional walking to the office.

Hi! You can try a diet plan, the most suited one for you. FOr example, to me I find oatmeal diet effective in maintaining my weight. That is I eat oatmeal for dinner, I eat breakfast heavy, then my lunch is normal small amount of rice with veggies sometimes with chicken. I drink greent tea too because it helps. You can make a research about those diets, you may choose the one you think is most appropriate for you.

My diet plans as of now were heavy breakfast. Light lunch and no dinner at all. I'm as well drinking green tea because it is anti-oxidant. I'll continue this diet and see its results. Thanks for the input!

what you can do is to make a food diary first of all the things you eat in a week. add everything that you eat. Then review the list. what do you eat in excess? what do you lack eating? then be conscious of your eating habits. eat in moderation and eat healthy food. lastly, keep your body active always - either through exercise or just plain moving your body around. cheers and happy myLotting!

That's a good idea! I'll make another sheet on my organizer to list down my food intake. By this I will be reminded by the calories I am putting on my body. On the contrary, I am not really moving that much because I'm always in the office sitting down. Even after eating. But I'll try to walk everyday to exercise. Thanks so much for the input.
