No nonsense England coach Fabio Capello has dropped Theo Walcott from the England FIFA World Cup 2010 squad and finalizes his final 23 line up.
Being a surprise inclusion in the the FIFA World Cup in Germany four years ago, it was a shocking news on his omission which according to sources was for failing to follow orders in the wake of a public dressing down from the England manager.
The instructions from Capello for his charge here as it is understood, was that he wanted the 21-year-old to attack his full back on the outside and then cross, but too often he turned inside and lost possession.
When Walcott then did the same against Japan, Capello decided he had no choice but to throw the book on Theo and opt for Aaron Lennon and Shaun Wright- Phillips as his quick wide men.
Theo, Theo, Theo, just when are you going to learn on how to understand simple instructions?
Coming so close to be included into the team and play the match of ones' life ambitions.
It is really a pity.
Sorry for any Theo Walcott fans here. Any rants?
