The Bible is my inspiration, lift me up when I'm down and light me in the dark

Through all this years since I renewed my life and surrendered my self to Jesus, I become more confident that I will gonna surpass all the trials and failures I have to encounter because of Him who gives me hope. But because of human nature I felt sometimes that i am weak, especially in times of difficulties. I cannot avoid to do the things that is not upon His will. When I realize my mistakes it's already late cos i have sinned against Him. But God really loves us so He will whisper to us that we must ask forgiveness from our sin. Then, I suddenly found my self opening the Bible and there He says in Romans 8: 35, 38-39. "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?... I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus, our Lord". So even though the word of God comes late after i have sinned already, it was still a blessings for me because it's not been late that I have asked His forgiveness and I'm very much sure that God forgive for my sin.

i cannot imagine myself leaving the house without reading the Word of God. i need something to guide me and inspire me. i need to be constantly reminded that my God is always by my side and no matter how many times i fail Him, my sins will always be forgiven.
there will be no other lover like my FATHER..

it's really amazing how anyone in the globe get connected because of His great love..
i was really disappointed yesterday because i missed to hit my mark. i almost condemned myself for being not-so-good enough, but the Word of the Lord said in Psalm 118:24 "This is the day that the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it. so, today i started it right and now i am grateful.
i also watched a movie which the protagonist said: "mistakes are made so that we can learn to pick ourselves up and stand up whenever and wherever we fall". failures should not be a reason to give up but an inspiration to do much better in the next challenge..

yes, i totally agree with you. The bible is my source of inspiration, comfort. THE BEST BOOK TO READ IS THE BIBLE. IF YOU READ IT EVERYDAY, IT WILL LEAD YOU ALL THE WAY, OH THE BEST BOOK TO READ IS THE BIBLE. thats a sunday school song i learnt when i was small. and every word of it is true. the Bible IS the best book to read.

You know, it's probably the reason why we should read God's Word every day. When trouble does peek its nasty head we can run or whatever it takes. God doesn't keep a count of our sins He just picks us back up. Of course, we should do everything in our power not to mess up, but Wow, that's hard sometimes. Hang in there, well done, and keep reading the Bible.

Yah, you're right. We must make an attitude of reading the word of God everyday so we will not fall into temptation. And the scripture says "seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all this thing shall be added unto you". It is His promise and we must have faith to His word.
