Too Old/Big?

no not the slides I do push grand daughter in teh swins and might also swing some!

I bet you had the kids laughing their butts off at you! Oh what a site you had to be! You're making such good memories for those kids that they'll treasure for the rest of their lives! Trust me on that! Before hubby took the 'playhouse' down, there was a slide attached to the 'porch' and I tried to slide down it just one time and that would be it and I couldn't. My behind isn't as small as it used to be and I got stuck. Thank God it wasn't enclosed or I'd have been in really bad shape! Ok Grandpa Bob, you can stop laughing........ NOW!

I used to love it when my grandfather would play with my sister and me in the yard, or even tolerate us using him as as our "beauty" shop customer. I remember when he and my grandma took us to an amusement park, and he got on the huge slide with me. We both sat on the burlap sack and went flying down. They are great memories. I'm glad I have them especially now that he has passed on.

You certainly look like you were having fun. It's a good picture of you and your mischievious smile. I don't have any kids or grandkids, but sometimes I will take a turn on the swings.

Sometimes I still do, but usually it is the swings,n not the slide..

I totally still play on the playground stuff with the kids when I take them to the park. Unfortunately though I dont have my own yet so I go with my friends when they take their kids out. They love me and call me aunty lol. Its really good fun to act like a kid for the afternoon. Shows the kids that adults arnt serious and sensible all the time and that we can have fun. Cant wait until I have my own kids then I have even more excuses to act like I'm 5 lol :)

don't have any kids,but yes. i can't resist the swings LOL

I don't even attempt getting on the playground equipment with my kids. Knowing my luck I would get stuck like you would have if you had tried going down. Fortunately my 3 year old has her 10 year old brother to run around on the playground with her and I can sit on the bench and enjoy the view.

I do as long as I"m in the right mood and the park we are at has equipment for those of us who are still young at heart too!

Yes, I played on the equipment with my kids when we went to the playground. I wished that they had big tall slides like when I was a kid but maybe I thought it was so big just because I was so small! They really do make them weird now, it seems they are discouraging the adults from participating. I think it's good to play on the equipment with your children--and it's so much fun!!

I like to swing I like to glide But I'm too wide For the slide
