First Time Swimming

This is a photo of Savanna, my granddaughter, in the lake this past Monday. It was her first time in a warm lake. She really loved it especially after I showed her how to kick water on her brothers and others. Did you swim this weekend?

No, i didn't. I don't know how to swim, wish i did.I made sure both my sons learned to swim when they were young. Bet your grandaughter did love that. Grandchildren are so precious.

She's grown so much! Wow! Kids grow up way to fast these days! She really is adorable! She's gonna be a heart breaker when she grows up so watch out! LOL
Yeah, I went swimming in my pool but only for a little while before the deg gone storms came yet AGAIN. Ugh.

Well, my 16 year old and his friends went to the city pool and enjoyed the water there, came back with a little sun on their faces after telling them repeatedly that they needed sunblock on!
Your little granddaughter is just adorable and I'm sure she really did enjoy kicking water on the brothers!!

My wife is white as a sheet and burns easily. After the races Saturday, she was red all over. But she did okay Monday it seems. Savanna is a doll.

Grandpa -
She looks like she was having so much fun. Must be great to have a grandpa like you. :)
As for us, no swimming this past weekend. We were NASCAR racing and getting a suntan. Not to say that we didn't think we were all going to have to swim there for a while when the storm blew through Charlotte. If rained enough in about 30 minutes to make the water stand ankle deep in places.
Hope you enjoy every minute of the summer fun with Savanna and her brothers.

Cool deal. I watched the race was all.
I have been to MIS, Michigan International Speedway though.
A long time ago I'll say. Savanna loved the water because
it was really warm for a change.

Cats don't go swimming unless we absolutely have to. You should know that.

It really does look like she had a great time in the water.
I have not been swimming in years. My daughter has only ever been in one of those little swimming pools in the back yard before. I was just talking to some friends recently about taking my kids swimming sometime soon.

No, I didn't swim this weekend, I hate to say. I haven't been swimming since the summer of 2008 and I love to swim. It costs to go swimming at most of the places around here and I've just been looking for somewhere where I can swim free of charge. I plan to get some swimming in sometime this summer, though.
