Is election is it over or not?

The COC of the votes in the Philippines is almost done with a few percent not done but it seems that the election isn't over yet because the losers still claims that they are cheated by the winners or some said that the Smartmatics is unfair which makes the election returns with questions. For me election is done and whoever is proclaimed and proved the winner the losers should respect that.

I really think it is over. But, I think it still ongoing for counting. Are their any websites that post results for this?

I think I saw it just today. But, it is still disappointing that some good and worthy people lost to more popular people who have not even done anything for the country.

Election is already over. Many candidates and people did not accept to be a loser. Many people are not satisfied and believe in automated election. What we will do? The only thing we can do is to accept the results of election. Nothing will happen if we always looking for perfect election.
