After yesterday's tragedy in Cumbria do our gun laws need changing!!

Yesterday a man went beserk in the countryside around Cumbria( very close too me!!), killing 12 people and also himself.
He shot at random killing people sitting in cafes, riding theri bikes or carrying home their shopping.
Do you think are gun laws need changing?
