Be it tooth restoration or replacement of the broken tooth it is never the same while eating in that one needs to be extremely careful not to bite hard which is not a pleasant experience. Would you rather be comfortable with those gaps and eat away happily but take care not to smile wide or smile merrily but eat carefully?

Toothless smile - Now there are new composite resins available. They are long lasting and strong.
After I had a few broken teeth, I was not comfortable. I went to a dentist. He also happened to be a friend. He offered help and told me the materials that dentists used earlier had drawbacks. This limited their use. Now there are new composite resins available. They are long lasting and strong. He determined for me the best treatment option. I had a new set of teeth. I could eat normally without any fear that my teeth would break. It is already four years now and the job he did is as good as new even today.

I am not talking about dentures but teeth here and there which are replaced by fixing them on the leftover portion of the teeth that need restoration. This composite mix could be strong but the tooth comes out if one bites hard.

True .I t can never be the same allknowing.I know this because my mom has dentures and she used to find it difficult with mouth ulcers too initially before her gums got adjusted to that. So, far I am keeping this at bay because there is 1 cavity to be set right or the tooth pulled out and 2 bad teeth that need to be pulled out.THe molars need not be replaced .But the premolar that has a filling may have to be replaced some day.God help me postpone thta. But any day, we need thta false teeth because there is another side effect which may occur without replacement.THe cheeks would become too hollow and we wont feel too good.

I have a couple of teeth that have received the composite mix treatment or bridging or whatever it is called. One tooth came out as I was biting something hard. And this tooth has been replaced several times. Now I have decided not to go back and get it fixed but smile cautiously and bite with gay abandon!!
