Well aren't this sounds good yes it is a cheap and accessible cellulite reducer is in your hands and its no other that the coffee itself. Maybe some of you are asking how coffee help reduce cellulite while the doctors too much intake of coffee is bad to our help well the good news is you will not drink it but you will apply it. Coffee a good source of caffeine that happened to be one of main ingredients of expensive cellulite reducer is also effective when you grind it all you need to do is to grind some coffee and a little bit warm water then an oil(olive oil will do) then gently rub it on your cellulite let it dry for 15-20 mins. to allow your skin to absorb the caffeine then rinse. Don't worry maybe you are worrying that it may stain your skin but don't worry it wont. Try it and see the results. Have a great time. :-)

Sound interesting. I did watch on television about some spas using coffee to reduce cellulite but I don't really know how. It's not like they'll show the details of it right? I think I am going to try this. Is any type of oil will do? We don't have olive oil in the house, it's more common to use palm oil or coconut oil here.

This sounds interesting. I would be interested in trying it if I was a coffee drinker and had coffee grinds to spare. However, I would be concerned washing the grinds off in the shower and getting it stuck in the drain. I feel it has the potential to cause some serious blockage! I have heard great reviews about Nivea's cellulite line though. Have you ever tried that?

Is this a fact? Do you have any articles written on how effective this is? Can we actually invest money on this? hehehehe But this is a very cheap experiment if I will try this on my clients hehehe

Wow that's so much work. I want to try that but I don't know how to grind coffee. Maybe I could just buy ground coffee at the grocery. Will that work the same?
