Well talking of fast situation, there is always Hakan Sükur of Turkey with the fastest goal ever in a World Cup in the match for the third place between Turkey and South Korea in 2002. It took him only 11 seconds to score it was an incredible play.
That goal helped Turkey get the third place in their wonderful World Cup in 2002.
