i used to have legos too, but I rarely played with them. I think my father sold them because neither me or my sister used them. I used barbies instead. I used to make my barbies have amazing lives. Like living in a mansion equipped with an indoor poool and stuff.

In my childhood, I had the habit of climbing up the old buildings to look for Pigeon's little ones. One day I found in a nest two small birds waiting for their mother to come and feed them. I picked them up and brought them home. I was trying to feed them and give water to drink and my mother saw me with the pigeons. She asked me why you brought them; will not their mother cry if she does not find them in the nest? She also gave me a book to read, which had a story, "Babes in the wood." After reading the story, I cried bitterly. I could not bear to imagine two little children, a girl and her brother suffering in the woods. Their uncle had abandoned them in a deep forest. This is how my mother had evoked the feelings of kindness in me. It had a long lasting effect. Thereafter, I never went looking out for any birds little ones.

One of my favorite childhood memories involves an amusement park. I still love amusement parks to this day. I was about 11 years old, and my sister was about 15. She was leaving to go to an amusement park with a friend of hers and her family. All of the rest of my family was gone, and had plans that day. My sister and her friend walked out the door, and then all of the sudden they came back inside. I looked at them questionably, when my sister asked if I wanted to go along. I thought for sure she must be kidding. But that's when she said that her friend's family had an extra ticket and that I was welcome to come along. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to see such a young kid left home all along, or if they were just really nice people. I had a great time, and I don't think I'll ever forget the time my older sister didn't mind her little sister tagging along. That was a great day, and afterwards we stopped and had my favorite food...pizza!

They call me "The very courageous son". When I was still a kid, I go to some places alone where others won't dare go...I do some stunts that are dangerous and lastly, without hesitations, I face or touch things that to common kids are very scary... But the funny thing is that I'm afraid of lizards and somehow developed a phobia from it that until now I still have it....ahaha ^_^ It all started when a lizard fell inside my shirt and stayed there and crawled around my body for about a minute...you could just imagine the situation I am in that time considering the hilarious laughs that I got, not even one person helped me took it out...that was my unforgettable childhood memory and later become my favorite...ahehe

I remember when I was a kid, we always used to have grass fights in the field in front of our old house, and about an hour later one of the old folks always came out and shouted at us because we were making a mess on the road with the grass (even though it would blow onto the road anyway, as a council guy had just cut it anyway) Also I remember when I was at my aunties house, she told me that, if I could get kittens into a plastic bag I could get them home, but the only problem was, whenever I managed to get one kitten in, as soon as I went to put a sencond in, the first one crawled out :/ so I didn't get a kitten D: x3

My most vivid childhood memory takes me back to when I was in 6th grade. I went with my grade on a trip to Camp Happiness in June which the 6th grade always go on each year and it is one of my most cherished memories. I am fond of this one as it was the first Major time before high school that the two elementary grades actually met so I made tons of new friends. I remember riding a zipline over a very lovely pond where you could actually see the plants growing to the surface. Dissecting owl pellets, fishing in the pond for tiny fish, rock climbing, and my personal favorite THE GIANT SWING. :)

hi StephanieAnn I remember picking warm sweet smelling strawberries in the mornings and riding on top of the huge water melons in the afternoon. I remember climbing trees on our farm and watching the grey squirrels eat the berries off the Russian Olive trees. I remember also most vividly sneaking off and crossing our neighbors farm as I was told that they lived in their silo. I had to see this but a big old cow scared me and I and my dog just froze on the spot ,I was young enough that I mistook a cook for a bull . the farmer heard me crying and my dog barking so he came down to where I was. I told him that I wanted to see the family who lived in the silo. He laughed then took me and my dog up to his home which was not in the silo. His wife feed me cookies and milk then the farmer drove me to myown home. Then he told my mom that I thought they lived in their grain silo. My mom threatened to tell my dad I had run off without telling her. She said wait til you father gets home. I was so scared as I thought he would aspank me but instead he laughed at me and the idea that those people lived in their grain silo.Sadly a few years later their miserable teen age son shot my dog because he said it was bothering their sheep. well my dog never bothered their sheep and the son just disliked my dog because the dog did not like the son.

Well, my childhood wasn't great but I do have some good and funny memories that stick with me till these days. The one that I remember fondly is when I was about 7 or 8. Being the third youngest in the family, I always follow my elder siblings everywhere and did things together. Our late father was a strict man and didn't like us to go outside and playing around like the other kids. Hence we would only dare to wander away from the house when he's not around. One day, when my parents were at work, my brothers had a plan to play at the riverside not far from our home. So my elder sisters and I tagged along with them. We had a good time playing with the water and catching shrimps and small fishes bare handed. Before we knew it, it was already late in the evening. So we hurriedly went back home only to find our father waiting at the front door. We knew we were in trouble when we saw him holding a rattan. He just standing there and looked at us without saying a word. After having some quiet little argument among ourselves on who would go in first, my eldest brother finally braved himself to go in first. The rest of us cowardly followed his back in line. As we expected, our father raised up the rattan and whipped our butts one by one as a lesson for not obeying his rule. The whipping really hurts but my siblings and I had a good laugh about it when we gathered together that night. The memory still amuses me till today and reminded me of my dear father. Though he was strict, his ways of disciplining us really help to shape who we are today.

All memories in my mind of childhood are books. Because of a serious disease in my lung when I was two, I couldn't run or jump to much otherwise I would be short of breath. So what i can do is reading. I read a lot of books of all kinds. I liked read on bed, I could keep reading continuously for more than 7 hours.
