Useful things to take to the beach

When I visit the beach I usually pack a little hamper for a picnic and a beach bag with my swimming clothes and other items I may need for the beach on a sunny day.
what things do you like to take with you on your beach day out.

i would never want to go to the beach with out my sunblock.. and a cute sarong to cover up... and foods too..

i like to take a beach bag with my towels,my clothes,my mobile phone,my sun cream,music and sometimes a magazine..and something to eat and drink, i need a big bag because i always take a lot of stuff :p

I think sunglasses is needed,as well as sun block.Also,towels.A hat if possible.

A hat is a great idea and I need to get one for my next trip to the beach which is soon as its hotting up this summer

Well, first thing would be food so that I wont starve after swimming. We usually get hungry after we swim. Second would be sun block to protect my skin. Third, extra clothes, so that I will have something to wear after I swim, which would keep me dry. And fourth, would be a camera, so that I will be able to capture the fun moments at the beach.

Food sounds good I take a hamper with a cool box for munchies and love to take photos of the kids playing in the sand my grandchildren love the beach.

I'm too old to play volleyball not as fit as i used to be, a nice book is more up my street lol

I bring sunblock and towel. I also bring lot of rice and fried food because love eating a lot after having a long time of swimming. Life jacket or air bed is also helpful for the safety of the kids so i also bring it. I don't forget to bring the soap and shampoo for the time that i need to take a bath after having swimming.
