in summary: the alertness that we feel, caffeine addicts, is the normal alertness that we lose between the times of our espressos. true? i think not based from my experience. war happens for my short temper creeps up when i try to withdraw from caffeine not to mention the unbearable migraines i suffer. also i tend to process things slowly. i bet the one who made this study isn't a caffeine dependent himself. right?

Although I have been addicted to caffeine twice, I am free of addiction. Was it difficult, YES!
The first time I became unaddicted I became careless and drank soda when I would go out. Ooops, addiction.
The second time I worked on my addiction it was due to Dr's advice. I had migraines for over a week, had the energy withdrawal, etc. It was tough; however, I am now caffeine free.
I am thankful that I was successful at withdrawal; and I consciously work on staying free of caffeine addiction.

i was also quite successful with getting it out of my system but the moment i need a drink of it for an energy boost it's equivalent to a lifetime of not being able to stay away from it. i accomplish more with it and it makes life a bliss.
