5 hours a day of brown out but still our bill increases for 70%

What an electrical company we have, for more than 1 month we experienced power shortage and not less than 5 hours a day of brownouts but still our electrical bill increases for more than 70% they don't even explain to the public why our bill increases inspite of daily brownouts. Have you experience this also?

Luckily we dont have that here in my location. I think some of them are already making this rotating brownout thing a business. I have co workers that complain the same thing. In General Santos the electricity went out for 9 hours and then the bills are still the same. This is just so unfair. They are making business out of it. A lot of people are affected, businesses to be specific.

Yes it is so very very unfair, how could you imagine that you experienced brownout everyday but still the increases for 70%.
