What is your favorite chicken recipe? I would also like to know why :D Is it a famous recipe or a local recipe of your country? If it's a local recipe, do you think people from other countries will like it?

My favorite chicken recipe is sesame chicken. In fact I think that's my favorite recipe, period. The first time I ever ate it was at one of those little shops in the mall food court. I thought it was soooo good. So I looked for a recipe to make it at home (It takes marinading the chicken, and then frying it, plus you make a sesame sauce to drizzle over the chicken after it's cooked). Once it was done cooking, I ate it and it didn't taste anything like the chicken I got from the mall food court, but in fact, it tasted way better! (Which seems hard to believe since I thought the mall food was sooo good.) Now I make it at home whenever I want it, and I haven't been back to the mall to eat it since. As for a famous recipe... I really don't know. Everyone that I've made it for had never had it before, so if it is famous, I don't think it's very famous from around where I live. It's not a local recipe either. I found the recipe online a while back, and have since tweaked a few things to make it suit my tastes better. And I think if you are into fried chicken and sweet sesame sauce, then people from other countries will like it too.

wow that sounds delicious! i'd love to try chicken sesame soon! thanks for the response! Home-cooked food, at least for me, is really much better than mall foods! Because it's more romantic with all the preparation and all, even if it doesn't taste that good :D

Broasted chicken for me and it is well known internationally, I think. Most people love it together with a pint of cola and a slice of bread, add a few bite-size sweet pickles and your dinner will be as lovely as your wife.

Chicken is my favorite and i like all kind of chicken curry. And i know other people like our country's recipe. As i have so many friends who is from different country and they like it as they ate it already. So it's a famous recipe. Slice the chicken in small pices. Then fry onion with oil and put some powder. Actually the powder is my own country's powder. After this put the chicken on it. And mix them for 10 minutes. Then surly you will get very special smell. Then give water on it. Wait till it boiled. Don't forget to give salt. You can try once. Enjoy the food.

Hi! My favorite chicken recipe would be adobo, it's a popular Filipino dish and even people from other cultures and countries love it. It is cooked with soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, laurel, garlic and onion, just mix all of them with the chicken and boil it. THere are many variations on how to cook this one but they are all delicious. If you have FIlipino friends ask them about it, I'm sure they will be willing to let you taste their adobo.
