Do you take cigarette inside the toilet?

I know there are a lot of people cannot stop their selves in smoking, but, I am curious why some people taking cigarette when they are inside a toilet. As a consequence, when another user enter the restroom, there will be unpleasant stink inside. Is there any valid reason why some take their cigarette inside a toilet? How about you, do you take cigarette inside a toilet?
