What are some delicious healthy things I can eat to help me lose weight?

What things can I eat? Things for snacks and meals.

Grilled chicken salads are a great meal to have as it is healthy for you to. Also try getting some of the 100 calorie snacks. Those help a lot even tho you might think you need two of three at time you just have to remember in your mind not to eat them all at once because then your beating the habbit of only eating 100 calories. Try low fat yogurt too, there are some yogurts under 100 calories and those are great as snacks also. The weight watcher snacks are great little snacks to have too around the house. These items might be more money but they do help you out in the end. Try not eating meals that consist of a lot of red meat because that is not healthy for you either and makes you gain weight. Also eating pasta is not healthy so eating some chicken and a vegetable for dinner is a good idea.

Mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and garlic. Swap olive for butter on your toast for breakfast. I read that apples and celeries help burn calories better than anything. Celeries have lesser calories than it takes for your body to burn it.

fresh veggies. When you bring them home, wash and cut them up. If they are ready, you will be more likely to eat them for snacks! Popcorn is another good snack, it is the salt and butter that are bad.

Fruit. I enjoy blueberries raw or frozen. An apple, peach.

Try some frozen grapes, they are really tasty and a little like a boiled sweet!!
