Wondering about on using Payoneer Card besides from ODesk account.

G'day to you all, myLotters! I recently received my Payoneer Card via snail mail. I got it for free when I opened a membership in ODesk. Now, I found this online transcription site that is requiring me to have a verified PayPal account before I can apply. Now, I was wondering if I can use my Payoneer card for this purpose other than using it for my ODesk since I cannot seem to win any work bid in ODesk. So, can anyone shed me some light on this matter? Thanks myLotizens :)
