Okay so we hear so many people on the fence with opinions on plastic surgery. On one side, people believe that you should jsut embrace who you are and what you were born with, and on the other side of the debate, some feel theres always room for improvement. And we all struggle with self perception, theres always something that we think that we could make better (whether we go through it or not) So i wanna know this.. Say you had all the money in the world, bills, kids, school, NOTHING was in the way of you getting anything done Would you? I would, no lie. I dont like the size of my breasts, i find their small, ive worn inserts to push them together to hold up a dress for a wedding once and i loved the way it looked! I filled out my clothes much better. I also wouldnt mind a nose job to shave it down a bit, i find its all i see when i look at pics of myself. Would you? and if so what would it be?

in the world we live in now, plastic surgery has become a necessity now..you can't get a job if you're not physically presentable..make up is not enough anymore..it is an endless competition..but it also has a good side..feeling pretty and gorgeous will uplift your spirit and soul..it will make you look and feel more confident..

Ahhhh. Definitely would want to suck some of the fats out in my tummy and arms. And more boobs would also be great.. I think that's it.. And oh, can double chin be fixed already? If it can be, then I would definitely get mine fixed. Hehehehe.

If I could, I would want a tummy. I know a majority, if not all, mothers can agree you will never see the body you use to have again. I have three children and after each one, when I lost my weight it wasn't in the same areas like before. My only problem area is my stomach. I had three c-sections and all of my babies were over 9 pounds so now my abdominal muscles have a gap between them on top of a hernia by my incision area. So I know I need surgery to get it back to where is was pre baby. Its your body no matter who gave it to you. I think all the extreme surgery to your face and just unnatural looking body parts is not attractive, but to each his own.

No I won't do it. I like the way I am now. I feel that it will no longer be me if I change anything in my body through plastic surgery. I'll only do it if there's a huge scar or burn in my face.

I think, as long as plastic surgery it's done to correct imperfections, it's not a form of natural resistance. Every human being have some imperfections, if the imperfections in the end bring adverse effects such as inferior, surely she is entitled to perfect

The first thing I would go for is to set my nose right. It looks as though my nose bridge has lost its power. I would like it raised a bit so it looks pointed!!

Well, I liked the way you said truth here. I would also like to surgery, because I don't like my lips, I think it's slight fat. I think that if we can make our self (look) better, then we should. We should, because today everybody is look conscious and you must look good (if you care for ur look). I accept that one should embrace what he/her is, but at this age you've to be look good, as I mentioned above everybody is look conscious, so it's necessary for today that you are looking good. And if there's technology which can fulfill your needs then there's nothing wrong with that.

Well there is no harm in correcting some physical structures if you feel they are bothering you and can enhance your self confidence and self esteem and make you more presentable. Definitely one has the right to feel and look the way one likes and it is more so if one can afford it very easily. At the same time we should consider all the pros and cons before taking the decision. I have found lot of info regarding cosmetic surgery on: http://www.plasticsurgeryace.com cheers, Kevin.
