Do u think women can succeed only in Retail & Cosmatics. there has been a rise in the no. of women pursuing secondary education & attaining higher educational degree.what should be the next step to financially empowering our womens. As in my earlier discussion males r better bosses than females??? Majority replied, 'male boss'. That means our women are lacking in management skills. What qualities do u think should be in a female in order to make a good enterprise & to become a successful enterpreneur???.........

i think every woman is capable and can do what ever she thinks of, and there is no any differences between a man and a woman. yes some people do think of the differences and underestimate women but it is not right the only thing woman needs is the aim and firmness in her thoughts and then she is sure to get it. all ladies are not with same ideas and thoughts and there are ladies with different thoughts and it purely depends on ones thinking and interest which field she wants to select and succeed through.

I don't think that's necessarily true. I have had some bad male bosses and good male bosses and the same about women. I think the better question is what traits in a human being make a better boss. The most imp;ortant thing is not to let your ego get so high, you forget that you have humans working for you. And you can not have favorites. Well, in your mind you can, but those people who are your favorites better, ot let them get away with more, just because you lilke them more. That happened to me on my last job and my boss was a woman, but I wouldn't hesitate one second to a company where my boss is a woman.

I work in ICT. In my job, there's not too many women but I got my job in spite of over 60 other applicants. When I went for my interview, there were 5 men there and I was the only female. I still got the job. I think there's some jobs that are just not suited to women, but it doesnt mean to say they cant do it. Building work for example, women just arent built for, though some are and some do it. I dont think women lack management skills. I think that men just often come across as being more authoritative with their deeper voices and more powerful statures. Having said that though I've had some pretty terrifying female bosses in the past!
