A favourite thing of mine to have at breakfast is as follows - natural yoghurt, clear honey, museli and banana. I mix them all together and it is delicious. Quite healthy and also brilliant for a sweet snack that is not chocolate or ice cream!

what a nice mom you have. still worrying about your health. yes, milks about always good. everyone should always take a vitamin with their morning drink i think a multi vitamin, just to make sure they keep energy and good things for your body. myself, im very bad about enjoying and thinking eggs are good for you to, but if you dont have time for that, milk and a multi vitamin is a good start.

You kind of need a little bit of everything for breakfast. A good protein and a carb and a fruit. For example this morning I had oatmeal (carb/whole grain), strawberries on top (fruit), and walnuts. (protein) If you are in a crunch for time you can even use instant oatmeal. Other days I have an egg with a slice of cheese on half a whole wheat muffin or bagel. then you need a piece of fruit to go with it!

hi their keval! eating a breakfast made with "slow release or low glycemic" carbohydrates, such as oatmeal, bran cereal, red/brown or any organic rice, 3 hours before you exercise may help you burn more fat, because eating "slow release" carbohydrates can't spike you blood sugar as high as eating refined carbohydrates like white bread or white rice, insulin levels can't spkeas high and insulin plays a role in signaling your body to store fat..

hi keval milk is good for you but you should have some carb and protein too like maybe a bowl of oatmeal with your milk and a handful of walnuts and raisins in your oatmeal for good nutrition. fruit juice is indeed a good thing for breakfast and I do envy your mangoes.as they are so expensive though yummy in our American stores.

Thanks Hately, I felt like my grandmother gives me advise. Well, now days at India here's season of Mangoes, and we enjoy it so much. You said it's expensive there at America, may I ask what does it cost you per Kilo Gram? At India, here's ample Mangoes, actually my father is trader of Mangoes.

Oatmeal is really good for you, and making it with milk instead of water is even better. Together with a glass of orange juice, plus a banana, makes a healthy breakfast that gives you energy all through the morning.

Westernized breakfast that composes of eggs, toast and coffee is easy to prepare. In my case, as I am always in a hurry, I just eat a piece of bread and that's it. I am already good to go but if I have time to make breakfast, I always make eggs, with cheese, ham, white onions, green bell pepper and cook them together. Its actually good and I think its healthy too.

To tell the trouth milk is not the best choise for breakfast. If you want to have healthy breakfast and feel light after breakfas you should take a glas of water and a cup of tee and then you can eat porridge for example rice or buckwheat or oatmeal.
