Youtube turning into Facebook?

With all the new features YouTube is adding to their system, I'm starting to realize that it's a bit like Facebook. There isn't ratings for videos now which I don't like at all, instead you can either "like" or "dislike" it. What do you think?

I have not visited YouTube lately.If that is the case, they changed for the better. I subscribe to makeup tutorials on youtube.

Interesting. It seems any site that promotes sharing of any kind can become popular. It's amazing how friends and family do virtual get-togethers on the internet via sites like Facebook. Youtube seems to be a video sharing site. It seems the terms "social networking (SN) and video sharing (VS) could be used e.g. FB was originally a SN site that now uses VS while Youtube was originally a VS site that is expanding into SN. What do you think?
