Which exercise do you like or do you hate it

I like to wake up in the morning and go yoga. I have tried going to the gym and it is really hard work. I am too unfit to do aerobics and kick boxing and the thought of running or jogging gives me the nightmares. I can't ride a bike either to get fit. I like yoga becasue it is slow and gentle and can be done in the privacy of your own home, it costs nothing and it gentle yet tones your body at a gentle pace, calming and de-stressing you for the day. It really helps the way you think and feel. Do you like exercise and if so which is your favourite way of keeping fit or do you hate to exercise and prefer to just be who you are.

I was very sporty into my twenties, but then I had kids and have put lots of weight on, so I don't feel I am fit enough to go out exercising. So I exercise at home using keep fit DVDs or the Wii Fit Plus. I tend to go through phases where I love exercising and do it every day, then something happens (I get ill or pull a muscle)and I get out the habit.

I've heard good reports of the Wii fit plus so I am considering getting one of them, but they are expensive and it will take me while to save for one, so I'll have to keep up with my yoga.
