Brake Problems..Help!..

Just today, my brakes started to act strange..Whenever I press the brake pedal, it seems that it bounces..It's like I'm using more than usual of my own strength to brake the car..I suspect its the brake fluid 'cause when I looked at it, it seemed low..Though my dad says if it's the brake fluid, then the transmission should act strange too..What could be the problem?..What do you think?..

...the best bet would be to show it to a mechanic.I think he got the best solution to your brake problem.

Thanks for the response krupesh.. But my hunch was right..It was the brake fluid..My car's almost empty on brake fluid..This morning, my dad and his personnel added some brake fluid on my car then they let me try the brakes..And now it's ok..

I had the same problem as yours. I had my mechanic looked at it and he told me the brake shoe(brakes at rear tires) are literally broke in half. I had it replaced with a new one.

I drove my dad't car and it was all bouncy and clutch was acting strange so i looked under the hood and to my surprise i found out that break/clutch tank was left opened!!! When i closed it everything worked fine. I see you already fixed it but wanted to respond anyway because i had the exact same problem today Cars...there's always something wrong but they're still great and we love them. Have a great day, it's best if you are a mechanic, plumber and so on. Too bad you can't be your own doctor. You really can't relay on anyone but your self these days, but everyone wants to charge you Anyway have a great day
