The only way I know how is to copy and paste the words. This can be tricky with tables/graphs/charts,etc. With normal sentences, you can select, copy and paste onto word document. Pictures will need to be done separately. And you can format the word document to look like the original pdf doc. Hope that helps.

I used DoPdf. It's free and you can download it from site like download.com. It's easy to use as well. The installation step is the same as other software. When you need to use it, just use function print in your Microsoft Word and it will let you choose DoPdf as one your printer. It won't print but save your document as a pdf file.

The best way for you to do that urgent work is to convert PDF to Word using PDF to Word Converter. There are many free online software but I don't recommend them as they have less efficiency. An offline utility would be more helpful. Try to use AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Conveter, which is free to help you convert PDF to Word with all the original text, layouts, hyperlinks and graphics preseved. You can convert many files as well as just some pages of a file at a time. Get this gift from www.anypdftools.com/pdf-to-word-get-keycode.html This would be helpful for you.
